Put on the Breastplate of Righteousness...Seriously!

Ephesians 6:14 says, “Stand firm therefore...having put on the breastplate of righteousness…”

God’s breastplate of righteousness stands for moral rectitude. You need to live a life of purity—free from cheating, lying, gossiping, slandering, adultery, pornography, addiction, greed, and all sexual sin. Stand with these traits on so the world sees the goodness of Christ in us believers.

Lastly, God’s breastplate of righteousness represents a right standing with God. It positions us for right living and the ability to live justly and promote justice in a world gone wild!
