It's a Process

Romans 12:2 says, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

Letting God transform your mind is no small thing. It requires ridding yourself of your own thoughts and taking every thought captive. Literally, it is surrendering every thought to Christ, and then taking on Christ’s thoughts as revealed in God’s Word.

It’s a process to know, understand, then do God’s will. Renewing your mind is not easy, but so worth it. With a renewed mind comes joy unspeakable and a life full of glory. Oh, the half has never yet been told!

We can’t do this on our own. We can ask the Father to renew our minds, so we may be transformed to do only His will, in His time, and in His way.
